Everything was fine. It is a very nice apartment.

If absolutely no toilet paper can be flushed, then the bin next to the toilet should have a plastic bag in it, which should be changed every day.

Exceptional

Great location, close enough to the bars and clubs to walk but far enough away not be disturbed by the noise, we could see the dunes and sea so we would say a sea view from our room, oh the free bread rolls on the door handle every morning is a great touch.

there isn't much wrong, the only thing we could think of is in the shower there is only a soap holder for you to put your things (face wash, razor, comb etc).

Suny break in end of March

Spacious apartment with a very good size of balcony. Good view from the top floor where we were. Lovely garden with a swimming pool and resting area. Staff were very friendly and doing a good job cleaning. We had fresh baguettes every morning delivered on the door, which was a nice gesture. Shopping centre and bus are couple of minutes walk. Big car park and free parking.

The kitchen need good maintenance - the tap was leaking and the cupboard under quite smelly. There is no wrack where to dry your dishes after wash it up, if you live it on the top, water would be everywhere. Internet was very poor strength... TV channels are only Spanish or Germans, only cnn is on English. Quietness - there were constant noise during the night from some machinery, also the music from Cita shopping centre is not stopping till 4am!! So bring ear plugs! The bed mattress for me was not comfortable. There is no air conditioning! Luckily in March wasn't that hot. Can't emagine be there in a summer without air-conditioning.

Nice place to stay. Central to all you need

My partner and I are pleased with this apartment, and would definitely recommend to other people. The apartment is located near Cita Shopping Centre and a few minutes walk from both the Dunes of Maspalomas and the Yumbo Shopping Centre which makes it the ideal place to fully enjoy your holiday in Gran Canaria. The staff is incredible and goes the extra mile to please their customers. They texted me two days before our staying to ask for our time of arrival and provided me with all the relevant instructions to reach the place, collect my keys, etc. They used this information to ensure our room was ready on time. Usually, hotels don’t allow check-ins before 2PM, but they just work the check-in time around your arrival so that you don’t have to wait. Upon our arrival, the room was clean and ready and we also found a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. The only other place where I found a similar treatment was a 5-star hotel in New York so this says a lot about their attention to details and passion for what they do. They also provided fresh bread every morning! They cleaned our room every other day, including changing towels, and provided us with important information around the local carnival that allowed us to enjoy the parade risk-free. They were always smiling and friendly, especially Yamina and Jeroen who were always there to help. The apartment was fully furnished with all the necessary facilities, including microwave, a kitchen, toaster, kettle, caffettiere, fridge and all the condiments, and washing utensils you need. The pool was also clean and warm, with a working jacuzzi. I want to mention this as I’ve stayed in other places in Gran Canaria that advertised a jacuzzi but it never worked. This one worked and was quite nice. The only complaint about the pool was the fact there’s a machine that makes an unpleasant noise that makes difficult to fully relax.

As other customers said, the furniture are not contemporary and the WiFi could be better, but the apartment in itself was nice, clean and pleasant.

Pleasant stay

A nice small property. Friendly staff, great location, close to the beach and yumbo center about 20min walk, taxi cost 4.80€. Really nice that you receive 2 petit pain (breads)every morning for a breakfast that was very handy

WiFi wasn’t that strong, only works in the balcony. Pool is too close to the ground floor rooms. Wasn’t feel that comfortable to go to swim

Great Location Clean apartment

The Location, The Cleanliness, The Staff, The Swimming Pool, The Large Balcony, The Garden

Our stay was in October and the apartment was very hot so the lack of an air conditioner was a minus although there was a cieling fan in the bedroom and the y did provide a portable fan for the living room upon request. Unfortunately the wifi only worked at the front of the apartment but did not work correctly in the back of the apartment.

Lovely little hidden gem in playa del ingles

It is situated in a lovely location close to Cita Centre. It is very secure, as in keys to open gates going into the property. Also they give you codes to the gates as well. It is close to the beach, and you can walk 10 minutes to the dunnes of maspalomas and watch the sun set. About 15 minutes walk will take you to the yumbo centre. We requested a ground floor apartment which we got , overlooking the pool. There is a lovely area for outside dining and it has also two sun loungers there as well. Plus there are sun loungers around the pool. It’s a lovely quiet place as I think many people when we were there went to the beach. Which suited us. As it was lovely and relaxing.

Noting to dislike. However just be aware there is no air conditioning so could be very hot in July/august when temperatures are high. Could imagine it would be difficult to sleep.

Very pleasant stay , would come again in the cooler months

Beautiful pool and gardens , the staff were very helpful with early check in and moved us to another room when there was a problem with the wifi. Great location between the Maspalomas dunes and the nightlife in the Yumbo . Plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity which was great as the kitchen facilities in the apartment were very good.

It was very hot for the time of year (October) and lack of air conditioning in 36 degree heat was an issue for the first few days , it cooled a little for the rest of the trip.

Lovely place in a great location

This location for the beach, CITA, Playa del Ingles, and all the nice bars and restaurants is hard to beat. Small and homely complex, without all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel. Lovely place to come back to and relax. You can often find you have the pool to yourselves. Great facilities in the kitchen, with most things provided. You have a lounge and dining area inside and also a table and chairs (and two comfy loungers) outside on a sizeable balcony. Finally, there was a lovely big shower in the reasonable sized bathroom. The owners and staff could not be more pleasant, helpful, or accommodating (not that common these days, sadly!) Lovely place to stay.

If you are looking for super modern rooms, you might be disappointed. That said, you want for nothing and they are clean and spacious. We would have appreciated the chance to put our beds together (they were two singles separated by a bed sude table). This might even have been possible (We just didn't ask) An option to decline the lovely gift of the bread delivered each morning might be an idea as we found we couldn't keep up with it on some days and felt awful throwing it away (perhaps a sign you can hang on the handle the night before?)

Great location. Cleaned regularly. Bottle of wine and snacks waiting when we arrived. Fresh bread baguettes every morning.

Great find, great location, great value

Excellent location. Close to the promenade with a view of the dunes and ocean in the distance. A 6 minute walk to the Cita centre supermarkets and airport bus stop. And just a €5 taxi ride to the Yumbo centre. Wonderful pool. Lovely quiet location. Quiet code observed throughout the block. Welcoming helpful hosts. Spacious well equipped apartment with generous balcony.

In the abnormal heat during our week stay, more shade in the pool area would have been appreciated
